By accessing this website, you are agreeing to all terms, conditions and give consent for private membership in the Oregon Energy Healing Center and any other service as required. Consent for Services
By reading this form electronically you are authorizing the Oregon Energy Healing Center, it’s Directors, Managing Members, Trustees, Owners and assigned staff to provide services and offer for sale products which may or may not provide any tangible benefit.
If you are receiving qualified medical treatment, you should continue to do so unless and until you and your licensed provider agree to alter or discontinue treatment. The services and products we provide are a complement to the care you are receiving, it is not a replacement.
Guidance provided in your service or product purchase may include nutrient, herbal, homeopathic, preventative, nutraceutical and spiritual in nature. By reading this form you acknowledge your understanding and agreement. No promises are made as to results and absolutely no claim to cure, treat, mitigate, or otherwise address a medical, veterinary or psychological condition has been made. I acknowledge this to be true by requesting service.
Reading this consent is confirmation of your agreement, acknowledgement, and desire to proceed with services from Oregon Energy Healing Center and any of its affiliates. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logged onto this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, “Affiliates” or “Us”, refers to both the Client and us. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Oregon. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Use of Services
Services are available only to legal entities and individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have signed and agreed to the Private Membership Association Terms. This center is not open to the public. The term “you” “your” “Member” “Client” as used herein shall at all times include the individual or legal entity which has purchased any Oregon Energy Healing Center services or products hereunder, including but not limited to any and all persons and/or legal entities with which it is affiliated and/or associated and their respective directors, officers, trustees, employees, agents, representatives independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns.
Service Requests and Reasonable Use
Requests for Service must be made through the appropriate channels to be received and responded to in a reasonable amount of time. To request service please email info@oregonenergyhealingcenter.com. Requests are subject to approval by Oregon Energy Healing Center management or its assigned agents and should fall within the scope of services as outlined on the Site. Please reference the available services listed on our site before making requests. Requests for services outside our scope of services will be rejected. If you are unsure whether a request falls within the scope of allowable services, you may submit a request, and we will either accept or reject it based on managerial approval.
Notice of Privacy Practices
The Oregon Energy Healing Center does not fall under HIPPA Guidelines, however, no information provided from you, or to you from the Oregon Energy Healing Center is ever shared with anyone else without your written consent. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). As part of this commitment, our privacy policy governs our actions as they relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.

Appointment Policy
All services begin at the top of each specified hour in order to honor the time of other members inside the system. If you are late for your appointment time, you will not be allowed to enter and must be rescheduled. Please ensure you arrive at least FIFTEEN MINUTES before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in, bathroom break and proper hydration preparation.
Payment
Payments for services should be made in advance through our website however, we do accept cash, check or money order. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing us with a valid payment method for payment of all fees. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Billing
If you have ordered a product or service that is subject to a recurring charge, you consent to our charging your payment method of choice on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the product or service in use. Oregon Energy Healing Center reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes, even if it has already requested or received payment. All payments shall be in U.S. Dollar.

Guarantee/Refund Policy
Oregon Energy Healing Center offers no penalty returns and refunds within 30 days of initial purchase from our ecommerce store. After notifying OEHC of the intent to return a purchased item(s), we will issue a refund once the item is received back at our location in new condition. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
For EES sessions, we do not offer refunds, but session credits can be transferred to other members. All session sales are final, and no refunds shall be issued. Please book your session with awareness and the understanding that once you have completed payment, you will have access to available chairs open for your scheduling online. If you need assistance with the online booking, please call the office during business hours. Calls received after hours will be responded to on the next business day or availability of staff.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
We utilize standard USPS or UPS services for shipping. Expected arrival time is 5 to 6 business days. Oregon Energy Healing Center will process and ship all ecommerce store purchases within 48 hours of payment.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend any and all Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, or for no reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination of our Services, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Links and Third-Party Materials
We may provide links to third-party websites as a convenience to you. You agree that we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
Release and Indemnity
You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge Oregon Energy Healing Center, its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective directors, trustees, managing members, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity which you ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the Site and the Services.

Limitation of Liability

YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE YOUR ABILITY TO TERMINATE THE SERVICE EFFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT BY OREGON ENERGY HEALING CENTER OF YOUR WRITTEN NOTICE OF TERMINATION, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
