We strongly encourage our members to take a detox bath or detox foot bath within 24 hours after their EES session.

Note: All ingredient quantities can be adjusted for a foot bath. If you do make adjustments, reduce ingredient amount by approximately 3/4ths and use approximately 8 cups of warm water in a plastic tub. The water level should cover your feet up to your ankles.

Basic Detox Bath Recipe

Ingredients:

    •  1 & 1/2 cups sea salt

  •  ½ cup baking soda (aluminum free)

    •  Optional: ½ cup Epsom salt or magnesium flakes
    •  Optional: 5-10 drops essential oils (lavender, lemon, peppermint,
or any quality oil of your preference)

Instructions:

• Run a warm bath (or foot bath), as hot as you can comfortably stand.
• Add sea salt, baking soda, and any other ingredient that you prefer.
• Mix in essential oils.
• Soak for at least 20-30 minutes, allowing your body to sweat and release toxins.
• Rinse off with cool water and drink plenty of water afterward.

Other Detox Bath Variations

    • Apple Cider Vinegar Soak: Add 1-2 cups of apple cider vinegar to
        your bath water.
    • Bentonite Clay Soak: Mix 1/4 cup bentonite clay with warm water to
form a paste, then add to warm bath water to help absorb
       heavy metals.
    • Ginger Soak: Add 1/8 cup fresh, grated ginger with Epsom salt to
        promote sweating.

Key Tips

    • Increase hydration: drink plenty of water before, during, and after
       your bath.
    • Water temperature: Use warm/hot water to open pores, but be
mindful of light-headedness when you get out of the bath.
    • Aftercare: Rinse with cool water and towel dry.
    • Avoid using soap immediately after to let minerals penetrate the
        skin’s surface.
